LIGHT TRANSMISSION DIFFERENCES
OF ATHERMAL FILM

The percentage of light transmission (VLT) of a film is measured from the darkest to the lightest. A 5% film is the darkest (the black Black Ice series), whereas a 70–80% film is the lightest (the lighter-black Black Ice or light-blue Blue Ice series). In practical terms, “5%” or “80%” VLT indicates the portion of visible light that passes through the tinted athermal film.

BRAWIX Chameleon Deep Sky 60% is a specialized windshield film that makes driving comfortable both day and night, while giving the vehicle a more striking and dynamic appearance.

It features a perfectly uniform color transition: the film has a blue-violet hue that shifts color depending on the incident light, viewing angle, weather conditions, and even the windshield’s properties – hence the name “Chameleon.”

From inside the car, this film is virtually invisible and completely transparent.

BRAWIX Chameleon films are much easier to shape compared to other films, which means installation takes less time and is straightforward even for novice installers.

BRAWIX Chameleon Sky 85% is a lighter-tint option in the Chameleon series. It provides an 85% VLT film that offers similar color-shifting effects and high IR protection, for customers who prefer a less dark tint.

They are manufactured to strict quality and reliability standards, using only unique high-performance materials.
